9-1-6: TEMPORARY BUILDING PERMITS:

   A.   Stipulations: Stipulations for the issuance of a temporary building permit are as follows:

      1.   Must obtain a building permit each year.

      2.   Must have written permission from landowner.

      3.   Must submit a copy of their insurance.

      4.   Must meet the Town’s existing setback regulations.

      5.   The temporary buildings, etc., must be removed by October 15 of each year.

      6.   The structure must be nice in appearance, painted, skirted, etc.

   B.   Compliance Required: Applicant will not be issued a business license until the above requirements are met.
