9-1-4: BUSINESS LICENSE NOT ISSUED FOR NONCOMPLIANCE:
The Town Clerk shall not issue a business license to any business being conducted in any building or temporary structure constructed or placed after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter which does not comply with the provisions of this chapter, and shall not issue a business license to any business being conducted in any building or temporary structure which did not comply with applicable ordinances in effect at the time of construction or placement of such building.
