All bills for water service are payable monthly and are due on the last business day of the month. A late payment penalty of ten dollars ($10.00) will be assessed each billing cycle on accounts that are delinquent. Interest will be charged on delinquent accounts at the rate of one and one-half percent (11/2%), compounded, for each full billing period or portion of a billing period that the account is delinquent. Account will be considered delinquent if payment has not been received by five o'clock (5:00) P.M. of the last business day of the billing month, and a reasonable attorney fee for collection of the same may be recovered by the Town. Any exception will require Council approval.
