8-1-16: INSPECTION OF PROPERTY:
Free access shall be allowed at all reasonable hours to the Water Superintendent, or to any other authorized person, to all places supplied with water from the Town water system, to examine the amount of water used, the manner of its use to obtain a test sample, or to ascertain any matter pertaining to the use of water from the Town water system and the charges made thereof.
