8-1-10: REQUIRED DEPTH:
All service lines shall be laid six feet (6') below the established grade at the point of connection of the service line onto the Town water line. Where the Town line is of greater or less depth, the service line shall be brought to the required depth as soon as possible after leaving the tap.
