8-1-3: SUPERINTENDENT OF WATER SYSTEM:
The Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Town Council, shall appoint a superintendent of the Town water system, who shall have immediate charge, under the direction of the Mayor and Town Council, of such system, and of connections to the system, alterations or additions to the system, and shall have supervision of such system.
