8-1-2: MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL OF WATER SYSTEM:

The Town shall have exclusive control and management of the Town water system, and shall have the exclusive management and control of the supply and distribution of water to all users within and without the corporate limits, and shall make such rules and regulations as are necessary for the management, control, distribution and supply of water to the users of the system.
