The distance trees may be planted from curbs or curblines and sidewalks will be in accordance with species and size of tree to be planted. No trees may be planted closer to any curb or sidewalk than the following, unless the use of a root barrier is used:
Small tree: | Two feet (2') |

Large tree: | Four feet (4') |
