7-3-2: DEFINITIONS:
The following words and phrases used in this chapter shall have the following meanings unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context:
STREET TREES: Trees on Town property lying between private property lines on either side of all streets, avenues or ways within the Town.
TREE: Any self-supporting woody plant, together with its root system growing upon the earth usually with one trunk of at least one inch (1") in diameter at a height of four and one-half feet (41/2') above the ground, or a multi-stemmed trunk system with a definitely formed crown.
