6-3-10: PROHIBITIONS ON WALKING PATHS:
   A.   Prohibition: No person shall ride motorized vehicles, horses, four-wheelers or snow machines on the Town walking paths.
   B.   Penalty: Violation of this section constitutes a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, is punishable as set forth in 1-4-1 of this Code.
