6-2-1: DRIVER’S LICENSE:
   A.   License Required: It is unlawful for any person to drive a motor vehicle upon the streets of the Town unless such person has in his immediate possession a valid operator’s license or chauffeur’s license issued by the State of Wyoming or by his home state or county, as may be required by the laws of the State of Wyoming, if such operator’s license or chauffeur’s license is required of such person under the laws of his home state or country, and displays the same upon demand of a police officer of this Town; provided, however, that it shall be a defense to any charge under this subsection that the person so charged produce in court an operator’s or chauffeur’s license as above required theretofore issued to such person and valid at the time of his arrest.
   B.   Restricted License: It is unlawful for any person to drive a motor vehicle upon the streets of the Town in any manner in violation of the restrictions imposed in a restricted operator’s license or chauffeur’s license granted to him by the State of Wyoming or by his home state or country.
