5-7-11: PUBLIC INTOXICATION:
If any person is drunk, or is in a state of intoxication on any highway, street or thoroughfare or other public place within the Town, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
