5-7-7: RECEIVING STOLEN GOODS:
Whoever buys, receives, conceals or aids in the concealment of anything of value, which has been stolen, embezzled or taken by false pretense, knowing the same to have been stolen, embezzled or obtained by false pretense, shall be punished, upon conviction, as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
