5-4-2: PROHIBITION OF CERTAIN BUILDING PRACTICES WITHIN FIRE ZONE:

No commercial building, or addition to any commercial building, framed with wood, shall hereafter be placed, built or erected within the Fire Zone as designated in this chapter. The provisions of this section shall not prohibit the installation, maintenance, repair or replacement of wood siding upon any building within said Fire Zone, but shall prevent construction, alteration, or reconstruction of any commercial building within said zone when such building is framed with wood.
