For the purpose of protecting public health and safety, the Town fully adopts the International Building Code and abolishes the one hundred twenty foot (120') setback. The International Building Code is dedicated to the development of better building construction and greater safety to the public uniformity in building laws. The Code is founded on broad based principles that make possible the use of new materials and new construction systems.
