5-3-12: PROHIBITED ACTS AND ACTIVITIES:
   A.   Interfering With Ambulance Service:
      1.   No person shall enter or be allowed to enter the ambulance garage unless accompanied by a member of the department, unless authorized so to enter by a member of the department. No person nor member of the department shall use any of the emergency service apparatus at emergencies or otherwise unless acting under orders of the officer of the service in charge of the emergency, nor shall any person interfere in any way with the service or any member of the service in the performance of its, or his or her, duty.
      2.   Upon hearing the emergency alarm, all drivers of vehicles shall take due warning and upon the approach of emergency vehicles shall move promptly to the right curb and stop in order to leave the middle of the street clear for passage of the emergency medical service apparatus. Vehicles shall not follow emergency medical service apparatus nearer than one full block and shall not proceed to any point within one full block of the emergency. This subsection shall not apply to those vehicles driven by members of the service proceeding to the emergency for the purpose of assistance. No vehicle shall be parked within twenty feet (20') or before the entrance to any theater, hall, or other building in which large assemblages are held.
   B.   Lending Emergency Apparatus: Emergency apparatus and other Town property in the charge of the service shall not be loaned or rented except by permission of the Captain of the service and the Mayor; provided, that such equipment may be used for Municipal purposes if a service member is present.
   C.   False Emergency Alarm: No person shall knowingly give a false emergency alarm except those for test purposes given or caused to be given by the Captain of the service. No person shall interfere with any part of the emergency alarm system unless authorized to do so by the Captain.
