§ 130.03 EXPLOSIVES.

(A) It is unlawful for any person within the limits of the town to keep or use a highly explosive substance without a written permit from the Police Chief.

(B) Persons who keep, use or transport their own ammunition or reloading supplies, solely for sporting purposes, shall be exempt from these provisions.
