§ 130.01 DANGEROUS CONSTRUCTIONS.
   It is unlawful for any person to situate, construct or maintain any signs, billboards, awnings and other similar structures over or near streets, sidewalks, public grounds or places frequented by the public, in a manner as to endanger the public safety.
