§ 71.16 STREETS UNDER CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR.

No person shall drive a motor vehicle upon a roadway under construction or a roadway under repair when signs and barricades are visibly in place or a flagperson is present so designating that the roadway is closed to all vehicular traffic.
