§ 71.11 DESIGNATION OF THROUGH STREETS.

   (A)   The streets set forth in Chapter 74, Schedule I are hereafter to be known as through streets.

   (B)   To facilitate a safe and orderly flow of traffic upon streets under the jurisdiction of the town, stop signs shall be placed upon all streets intersecting with the through streets and other traffic signs and devices as deemed necessary.
