§ 52.25 PURPOSE.

The town hereby undertakes to comply with all lawful regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) codified in 18 C.F.R. pt. 292, subpt. c dealing with arrangements with qualifying cogeneration and small power production facilities under § 210 of Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (PURPA) and all amendments thereto.
