§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating any provision of § 51.28(D) shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense punishable as hereinabove described.
