5-5-15: PENALTY:
Any owner or any other person found violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1976 Code § 8.04.150; amd. 2016 Code)
