A. Fire Personnel: It shall be unlawful for any person to in any way interfere with or hinder any firefighter while in the discharge or apparent discharge of his duty of preventing fire. (1976 Code § 2.24.120)
B. Fire Equipment: No person having in his charge or under his control any automobile, motorcycle, motor truck, or motor vehicle of any kind shall drive or in any way cause or allow the same to pass over and upon any hose belonging to the town while such hose for any purpose whatever may be placed upon any of the streets, alleys, or in any place whatever in the corporate limits of the town, unless at a point where such hose may, at the time, be securely bridged.
