4-4-3: BURNING WASTES:
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to ignite or to burn any garbage, rubbish, animal or vegetable matter upon any premises, street or alley in the town. (1976 Code § 7.12.030; amd. 2016 Code)
