4-4-2: DISPOSAL OF WASTES:
   A.   The disposal of garbage, rubbish and other wastes shall be as the town council orders by ordinance and regulation.
   B.   The Town Council shall establish a schedule of Garbage Pickup Rates, renewable each year by the regularly scheduled Town Meeting in May. The Garbage Pickup Rates shall be posted at Town Hall each year, and a copy of which shall be provided to a resident upon inquiry.
   C.   Any change in future Garbage Pickup Rates shall only be made in dollar increments. (1976 Code § 7.12.020, amd. Ord. 2020-02, 7-13-2020)
