A. Burning Restricted: It shall be unlawful for any person to start an open outdoor fire within the town limits; provided, that this section shall not apply to small fires used for outdoor cooking or other recreational purposes as long as no public nuisance is created.
B. Penalty: Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 2014-04, 10-9-2014)
