Grantee shall furnish the town, without charge, reproducible prints showing the location of all poles within the town's corporate limits, joint poles, underground cables, ducts, and other cable TV facilities. Said cable TV company shall submit a new up to date map each year on or near the anniversary date of this license, and may, at its option, submit amendments at more frequent intervals to the end that its facilities can be more fully protected from injury due to public improvements and the town more readily enforce its controls over the use of its streets, alleys, and other public places.
