If at any time the franchisee's cable and/or other equipment is disturbed, damaged or severed, after it has been installed according to standard specifications, the cost of repair shall be paid by the party responsible for the damage. The franchisee may charge the responsible party for the time and materials expended for repair of the damage. The town will cooperate to assist in enforcing any charge or penalty arising from cable severing or other damage to the franchisee's property. (1976 Code § 5.45.160)
