3-6-15: MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS:
The following provisions apply to this grant:
   A.   When not otherwise prescribed herein, all matters herein required to be filed with the town shall be filed with the town clerk.
   B.   In the case of any emergency or disaster, the franchisee shall, upon request of the town, make available its facilities to the town for emergency use during the emergency or disaster period. (1976 Code § 5.45.150)
