A. The franchisee shall, whenever possible, make attachments to poles already in existence within the town. The franchisee shall have the right to erect and maintain its own poles as necessary for the operation of its system. Such attachments and constructions shall comply with all qualifications and requirements of this chapter.
B. The franchisee shall have the right, authority and power to attach any of its system's facilities to any poles, towers and other facilities owned by the town in accordance with this chapter and after receiving written authorization from the appropriate town official.
C. The franchisee shall keep complete plats and records accurately indicating the sites of its facilities and systems situated within the public ways of the town, and keep two (2) copies of the plat thereof on file with the town. (1976 Code § 5.45.050)
