3-6-4: TERM OF FRANCHISE:
The franchise and rights herein granted shall commence on the date that the franchise is granted by the town council and shall continue in force and effect for ten (10) years after the effective date. Upon application by the franchisee to the town, the franchise may be renewed for a term or terms and on conditions satisfactory to the town. (1976 Code § 5.45.040)
