3-2-3: LICENSE FEES:
The town council may fix license fees, not to exceed a sum equal to five-eighths (5/8) of the fee for an all beverages license or one hundred percent (100%) of the fee for a beer or beer and wine license collected by the state from such licensee, pursuant to Montana Code Annotated section 16-4-503. (1976 Code § 5.36.030; amd. 2016 Code)
