3-2-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:
No person to whom a retail license has been issued under the Montana alcoholic beverage code 1 shall engage in any activity for which he is so licensed without first having also obtained an alcoholic beverage retailer's license from the town. (1976 Code § 5.36.010)
