A. Right Of Entry: Any business licensed under this title shall at all times be subject to inspection by officials of the town. The licensee, and/or employees of such licensee, shall at all times permit any official of the town to enter the premises where such licensed business is conducted, for inspection of such premises and the activity under license.
B. Obstructing Official Unlawful: It is unlawful for any person to restrict or obstruct any town official in the exercise of the right of entry to a licensed premises or the inspection of any licensed activity. (1976 Code § 5.04.110)
