3-1-1: SCOPE OF CHAPTER:
The provisions of this chapter apply to the issuance of every kind of license or permit authorized by the town. Whenever a provision of a particular licensing ordinance shall be deemed in conflict with any phrase or section of this chapter, the provision of the particular licensing ordinance shall prevail. (1976 Code § 5.04.010)
