2-1-3: YEARLY FINANCIAL REPORT 1 :
After the close of the fiscal year, the town clerk shall make out, in duplicate, a complete statement of the financial condition of the town for that fiscal year. The financial report shall be in a form prescribed by the state department of administration and shall be completed and submitted to said department for review within six (6) months of the end of the reporting period. This report shall also be submitted to the town council. (1976 Code § 3.04.030; amd. 2016 Code)
