1-8-6: REMOVAL OF OFFICER BY COUNCIL:
The town council, upon written charges to be entered upon their journal, after notice to the party and after trial by the council, by vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all the members elect, may remove any nonelected officer 1 . (1976 Code § 2.04.070; amd. 2016 Code)
