Factory built buildings which are approved by the Montana building codes division, department of administration, shall be subject to local government inspection and fees for only zoning, utility connections and foundations. Applications to the building official for erection and utility connection shall be in accordance with sections 2 and 3 of the building code. The fees for permits for factory built buildings shall be one-half (1/2) the amount of fees for other buildings. (Ord., 12-9-1980)
