A. Qualifications And Duties: The building official is the building inspector. He shall be a person with at least three (3) years of experience in the building trade. As building inspector, his duties shall include those set forth in chapter 2 of the building code and in Montana Code Annotated title 50, chapter 60, as now or hereinafter amended.
B. Building Department Staff: The building department staff shall consist of the building official and such deputies or representatives as he may from time to time appoint in accordance with chapter 2 of the building code. (Ord., 12-9-1980)
