7-5-4: PENALTY:
It is a misdemeanor for a person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter and a conviction of said violation shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), or imprisonment for a term not to exceed six (6) months, or both. (Ord. 2017-02, 5-18-2017)
