7-5-1: PARK USE:
Unless reserved according to park reservation procedures adopted by the Town of Terry, the use of parks or any portion thereof by the public shall be on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Town of Terry shall from time to time establish by resolution policies for the reservation of parks and a schedule of fees for various park uses. (Ord. 2017-02, 5-18-2017)
