7-4-8: VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES:
   A.   Notice Of Violation; Time Limit To Remedy: Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except section 7-4-6 of this chapter, shall be served by the town with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. (Ord., 6-9-1998)
   B.   Penalty Imposed: Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in subsection A of this section, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord., 6-9-1998; amd. 2016 Code)
   C.   Liability For Town Expense: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the town for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned by the town by reason of such violation. (Ord., 6-9-1998)
