A. Design: The corporate seal of the town shall consist of two (2) concentric circles with the words "Town of Terry" on the upper side and the words "Prairie County, Montana" on the lower side, written between and in the center shall be inscribed "Seal", and the same is hereby adopted and declared to be the seal of the town to be used in all cases required by law and ordinance. B. Mayor Custodian: The mayor shall be the custodian of the corporate seal and shall affix such to all acts requiring to be so authenticated. (1976 Code § 1.18.030)
