7-2-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
EXCAVATION: Shall mean and include any ditch, trench, cut, hole or change of grade.
STREET: The entire width of a highway between the boundary lines of other public or private properties on the sides. (1976 Code § 12.04.010)
