6-5-12: PENALTY:
Violation of any section of this chapter, or any rule or regulation established hereunder, shall be a misdemeanor and punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both, as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1976 Code § 10.50.120; amd. 2016 Code)
