6-3-6: PENALTY:
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 2014-05, 10-9-2014)
