6-3-1: DEFINITIONS:
The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
DEVIATING TRUCK: A truck which leaves and departs from a truck route while traveling inside the town.
TRANSACTING BUSINESS: The receiving or discharging of cargo.
TRUCK: Any motor vehicle designed or operated for the transportation of property, and whose body weight or whose combined body and load weight exceeds twenty thousand (20,000) pounds.
TRUCK ROUTE: The designated course of street travel over and along which trucks coming into and going out of the town shall operate. (Ord. 2014-05, 10-9-2014)
