6-1-5: PEDESTRIANS SUBJECT TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS:
At intersections or other areas where traffic control signals are in place, pedestrians shall be subject to such signals. At all other places, pedestrians shall be accorded the privileges and shall be subject to the restrictions stated in this title. (1976 Code § 10.12.010)
