§ 150.25 APPEAL.

Any person aggrieved by the action of the Building Inspector or the Municipal Engineer in the denial of an application for a building permit shall have the right of appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals. The appeal shall be taken in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance and the appeal shall be heard the same as any other matter set for hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals.
